The i4 Neuroleader™ Group Report shows how staff measures up when it comes to each of the sixteen pillars of the i4 Neuroleader™ Model. You will be able to quantify the current leadership capability in a team or organisation.
Our system aggregates the results from either the Self or 360° Feedback i4 Neuroleader™ Assessments (from each team member) and it plots the data in a 4 page summary report showcasing the average scores for the group compared to the global benchmark.
The displayed percentage scores represent the 16 individual pillars and should be considered separately. This is due to each pillar representing a unique data set, and conceptually, comparisons should not be made between the pillars.
This report can be produced for a team or group of people of any size, and can be generated for an intact team, a department and/or the whole organisation.
