The annual i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner License is designed to maintain continuous access to the learning platform, lessons, videos, resources, dedicated support, any updates to our programs and the IP Rights to be able to deliver the i4 Neuroleader™ Program. On enrolment of this certification program, the first 12 months of this license is included for free. The cost of the license is the pre-purchase of 2 x i4 Neuroleader 360° Feedback Assessment credits at retail price (see pricing here). You can use or resell these assessments to recover the cost of the annual license.

Our lessons, serve as facilitator guides for you to be able to successfully deliver the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment & Program within organisations. These resources are available to assist you in refreshing your memory on the methodology and program at anytime. On enrolment, you will receive free 12 months access to the i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner License.
No, you don't. As a certified i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner you can still purchase assessments and conduct debrief and coaching sessions with the assessment. You will also have access to your practitioner discount and commissions pertaining to the affiliate marketing program. The annual license pertains to ongoing access to the learning dashboard, lessons, and resources, as well as the intellectual property rights to deliver the i4 Neuroleader™ Program using the teaching resources.

Absolutely! Once you achieve certification, you will receive a certificate that you can upload to your LinkedIn profile, demonstrating your proficiency in the i4 Neuroleader™ Methodology. Additionally, we also provide an i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner Stamp, which can be incorporated into websites, email signatures, marketing materials, and social channels to validate your certification status.

The i4 Neuroleader™ Model, Methodology and Assessment is a unique body of work that started in 2009, combining the output of years of research and Silvia Damiano’s original insights. The i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment Certification has been designed to train individuals on how to use, debrief and coach with the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment. You will also learn how to use the ready-made teaching resources in your coaching or consulting practice.
The teaching resources cannot be used without purchasing either the Self or 360° Feedback Feedback i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment on a per-person basis and keeping your annual i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner License active. These resources are designed to enhance the implementation of the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment and Practitioners are required to purchase either assessment for every participant when conducting the i4 Neuroleader™ Program. This serves as a licensing fee to use the Intellectual Property and the teaching resources offered.
The Self Assessment is a more affordable option to cover the licensing fees when conducting the program (a nominal fee per user), while the 360° Feedback Assessment provides you with a more comprehensive package for the benefit of your clients, in addition to providing the 360° Feedback scores. This fee per participant, constitutes the corresponding royalty for using this Intellectual Property.
If you would like to host a public program and be listed on the About my Brain Institute website, please contact us to discuss your case and apply for a license. Organisations wishing to include any portion of the i4 Neuroleader™ IP in a public offering must reach out to us to secure a license.
Please note that this certification program only permits i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioners to use the IP for the purpose of delivering programs sold as part of a private consulting service within organisations or to individual coaching clients.

As an Australian company, our prices include 10% GST, which applies only to Australian residents or registered Australian businesses. For customers outside Australia, no sales tax applies, as our programs are classified as educational exempt in most regions.
To make payment more manageable, we offer the flexibility to divide the program cost into two monthly payments. The first installment is due at the time of enrollment, followed by the second installment due 30 days afterward.
Should you finish the lessons in under two months, the outstanding balance will need to be paid sooner to obtain your certificate. Please contact us to set up this payment plan. Full payment after the second invoice is required to maintain access to the program.
