Gail Eaton-Briggs is the i4 Neuroleader™ Master Trainer for Hobart and Melbourne, Australia, representing the About my Brain Institute.
Gail is a proud, born-and-bred Tasmanian with a deep commitment to helping others thrive—in both business and life. With a background in executive leadership spanning early education and care, child safety, and vocational education and training, Gail founded Everywhen Solutions in 2019. Through this business, she combines her extensive experience and passion for leadership development, team culture and values-based coaching. In addition to her coaching work, Gail has served as an authorized celebrant since 2006, officiating weddings and highly regarded end-of-life services, including funerals, memorials, and celebrations of life, for both local and interstate clients.
As a certified brain-friendly coach, Gail uses neuroscience and practical strategies to help clients unlock their potential and live their best lives. Whether through one-on-one coaching, workshops, or group sessions, Gail has guided hundreds to become more confident, resilient and effective, personally and professionally. Gail’s journey into brain-friendly coaching began in 2011 with the About My Brain Institute. Since then, she has leveraged the model and its resources to bring transformative results. Her personal philosophy is clear: success is built on long-term relationships and networks and each client’s unique needs must be met with empathy and authenticity. Whether facilitating leadership workshops, conducting weddings, or supporting families in crisis, Gail’s approach ensures that every interaction is both meaningful and impactful.
After 16 years in the Tasmanian State Service, Gail made the bold decision to resign from her senior bureaucratic role. While she valued the work she had done, she felt a growing disconnect between her personal values and the organization’s direction. A few years later, Gail’s book Conscious Grit: From Stuck to Unstoppable was published in 2021, sharing her personal story of overcoming adversity and embracing grit. Her second publication, The Best Project You Will Ever Work On is Yourself, was released in 2023, offering readers actionable steps toward personal growth and resilience.
Gail’s accomplishments are also reflected in the recognition she has received. She was awarded the Women’s Network Australia Impact Award in 2023 and was a finalist in the Australian Small Business Awards in 2023 and 2024. Beyond her coaching work, Gail plays an active role in her community. She receives referrals to facilitate family group conferences, helping families navigate child protection matters, develop safety plans, and, in some cases, reunite with their children. Gail also serves as Vice President and Board Director of Corumbene, an organization providing aged care and community services to the Derwent Valley area in Tasmania.
Gail’s commitment to supporting her community extends to her volunteer work. She has been appointed by the Tasmanian Minister for Education to serve on the 26TEN Coalition and the B4 Early Years Coalition, both focused on improving Tasmania’s literacy rates and raising awareness about the importance of early childhood development, especially brain development from conception.
Gail’s life is shaped not only by her professional work but by her rich personal experiences. In every aspect of her life, Gail is driven by a passion for connection, growth, and making a positive impact—whether through her work, her family, or her community—embodying the belief that true success is found in helping others thrive.
